Tasks and activities

The section for human resources and juridical affairs performs tasks related to: the preparation of drafts and proposals of general and other acts; monitoring and implementation of laws and regulations important for the work of the Directorate; preparation of regulations in the field of legal metrology and precious metals; implementation of the authorization procedure for the verification of measuring instruments; cooperation with the State Attorney's Office and judicial bodies; preparation of requests for initiating misdemeanor proceedings, exercising the rights, duties, and responsibilities of employees from work and on the basis of work; performing personal work, performing office tasks, records tasks, and documentation tasks.
