On November 17, 2010, in the “Official Gazette of RS”, No. 86/10, published the Regulation on the manner of recognition of foreign certificates, marks and signs of compliance, which was issued on the basis of the Article 33 Paragraph 3 of the Law on metrology. This Regulation regulates the manner of recognition the validity in the Republic of Serbia of foreign certificate of type approval of measuring instrument, a certificate on verification of measuring instrument, or verification marks and other marks of conformity issued abroad.
