On September 8, 2010, in the “Official Gazette of RS”, No. 63/10, published a Decision on establishing the Metrological Council, as an expert advisory body. Decision was adopted by the Government on the basis of the Article 12 Paragraph 1 of the Law on metrology (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 30/10) and Article 43 Paragraph 1 of the Law on Government (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 55/05, 71/05 – correction, 101/07 and 65/08).
