On November 29, 2010, in the “Official Gazette of RS”, No. 89/10, promulgated the Regulation on the manner of authorizing economic entities and other legal entities to perform verification of measuring instruments and on keeping the register of authorized bodies, which was issued on the basis of Article 11 Paragraph 4 of the Law on metrology. This regulation prescribes the method for authorization of economic entities and other legal entities to perform verification of measuring instruments, keeping the register of authorized bodies, as well as other issues related to the work of authorized bodies.
In the same issue of the “Official Gazette of RS”, was released the Regulation on requirements for performing the verification of measuring instruments, which was issued on the basis of Article 8 Paragraph 2 of the Law on metrology. This regulation sets forth requirements for economic entities and other legal entities to perform verification of measuring instruments.
