Organized by the Foundation of Quality Culture and Excellence (FCQE) and magazine „Quality and Excellence”, with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, from March 5-7, 2014, was held „Quality Week 2014”. This traditional event, 23rd in turn, brought together a number of experts from science, industry and the field of quality and through the exchange of experiences and practices of successful organizations, discussed current topics in the field of quality and business excellence.

This year, was presented over 30 papers by authors from Montenegro, Croatia and Serbia, among which was the paper of Mrs. Vida Živković, M.Sc., Director of the Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals, which showed the Directorate experience as a recipient of the National Award for Business Excellence „Quality Oscar” in 2013, absolute winner in the public sector.
Special attention this year has caused a round table, with a very current topic on trends of changes in the new version of the standard ISO 9001, expected for release at the end of 2015.
