Within the project of technical assistance of FR Germany to quality infrastructure institutions in the Republic of Serbia, on March 4, 2014, in the premises of Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals was held workshop on „Notification of conformity assessment bodies in accordance with the Measuring instruments Directive (MID) and Directive on Non-automatic weighing instruments (NAWI)”.

Workshop was conducted by Dr. Harry Stolz from the National Metrology Institute of Germany (PTB – Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt) and Mr. Zoltan Zelenka from the National Metrology Institute of Austria (BEV – Bundesamt für Eich-und Vermessungswesen). Workshop was attended by representatives of the Directorate of Measures and Precious Metals, Quality Infrastructure Sector of the Ministry of Economy, as well as the Accreditation Body of Serbia.
