The representatives of Directorate of  Measures and Precious Metals, Dr Jelena Bebić, Head of Group for Metrology in Chemistry, đJasmina Zukan Banovic, metrologist for metrology in chemistry - coordinator and Luka Gažević, metrologist for chemical and related quantities, from 3.  to 5. February 2026, have actively participated in the work of the EURAMET Technical Committee on Metrology in Chemistry (EURAMET TC-MC) as well as at the subcommittee meetings for organic and bio analysis and gas analysis in  Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The EURAMET TC-MC meeting was attended by over 70 eminent experts, representatives of the National Metrology Institutes (NMI) and designated laboratories from most European countries. The host and the organizer of the meeting was NIB, National Institute of Biology, acting as DI of Slovenia.

Reports from all subcommittees within TC-MC, the status of current EPM projects, current European Metrology Networks (EMNs), projects related to various types of cooperation between National Metrology Institutes, key comparisons, as well as information regarding the status of  submitted and published calibration and measurement capabilities  (CMCs) were discussed at the meeting.
